• Adults: save up to $172 on a biannual cleaning/exam program
• Children: save up to $204 on a biannual cleaning/exam program including fluoride placement
• Perio patients: save up to $221 on your perio maintenance visits

Due to each patient's individual oral healthcare needs, your eligibility for our discount program needs to be confirmed by our doctors prior to enrollment.  Not applicable for initial visits.
